Staying fit and healthy is an important part of our life. More we exercise and more we do workout the more we increase our lifeline. Actually, it just requires a little bit to keep yourself healthy and happy.

5- Get some fresh air and daily have a walk in your garden and consume fresh air.

6- Exercise and eat more fruits as everyone has heard “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. Even do workout so that this eating don’t become a fat for you.

7- Detox- keep yourself away from alcohol consumption.
